By accessing or using services operated by Recovery With Us, users agree to these Terms of Service.
Content provided through the services is for informational and marketing purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, psychiatric care, treatment recommendations, or healthcare services.
Use of the services does not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or healthcare provider relationship.
Recovery With Us is an independent marketing and referral service and is not a licensed treatment provider unless explicitly stated otherwise. We may receive compensation from treatment providers, affiliates, or marketing partners.
Users must be at least 18 years old to use the services.
Users are responsible for independently evaluating treatment providers and healthcare decisions. Insurance verification is not a guarantee of coverage or payment.
All services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees regarding treatment success, admissions, provider availability, insurance coverage, or medical outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recovery With Us shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed $100 or amounts paid directly to Recovery With Us, whichever is less.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. Users waive rights to jury trials and class actions.
Claims must be initiated within one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
